PARLIAMENT DISSOLVED [by CABL®—PMSB ASSN. —COPYSIGHT.] BELGRADE, February 7. Prince Paul and the other Regents issued a decree’ dissolving Parliament.’ New elections will be held on / May 5. The hew Parliament meets on June 3. The dissolution is to secure a more democratic House. NEW OPPOSITION PARTY (Rec. February 9, 8 a.m.) BELGRADE, February 8. Doctor Matchek has accepted the leadership of the United Opposition Party, including Croat and Serbian Peasants and Democrats. The party has united elements which have been out of politics for six years, and constitutes an important move towards the democratic form of Government which Prince Paul is understood to be anxious to facilitate.
