REEFTON NOTES

[OUE OWN CORRESPONDENT.] REEFTON, December 17. A team of swimmers from the Reefton Club visited Westport on Friday for the tournament conducted by the Westport Club. George August won the 33 l-3yds Handicap, C. Coxall (senr.) the 100yds,, and E. Black the first heat of the 50 yards, and secured third place in the final. The Reefton Tennis team visited Westport on Saturday. In a cricket match played at Westport between teams representing the Reefton District High School and Westport, the Reefton team won by 50 runs. , Miss Dora Blackmore has returned to Reefton for the Christmas holidays. Teams representing the Reefton Tennis Club travelled to Cronadun and to Inangahua Junction on Sunday, and played a series of friendly games with clubs at both places.
