GREYMOUTH-CHRISTCHURCH : — Special train for Arthur’s Pass will leave Greymouth at 8.33 p.m., Stillwater 9.8, Arthur’s Pass arrive 12.19 a.m. (22nd). Connects at Arthur’s Pass with 12.45 a.m. Goods train with car for Christchurch, arriving Christchurch 5.50 a.m. Takes passengers from Greymouth, Stillwater and Otira / only. After leaving Stillwater stops where required to set down c*crs, MONDAY, 24th. DECEMBER. BLACKBALL BRANCH:—The following trains will NOT run:—7.3s a.m. a.m. Blackball-Greymouth train. 10.58 a.m. Greymouth-Blackball train; 4.5 p.m. Blackball-Ngahere train. Special trains will leave Ngahere for Blackball at 10.40 a.m., and Blackball for Ngahere at 10.0 . a.m.. Stop if required at Brunner Track. Special trains will leave Blackball for Greymouth at 12. G p.m. and 5.40 p.m., and run as on Saturdays. Special train for. Blackball will leave Greymouth -at 10.5 p.m., Stillwater 10.40, Ngahere 10.55, Blackball arrive 11.12 p.m. Makes usual stops. Special train for Christchurch will leave Greymouth at 10.50 p.m., Stillwater li;is p.m., Otira 1.15 a.m. (25th.), Springfield 3.48 a.m., Christchurch arrive 5.15 a.m. Takes passengers from Greymouth, Stillwater, Otira, and Arthur’s Pass only. After leaving Stillwater also stops where required to set down passengers. Special train for Greymouth will leave Christchurch at 10.15 p.m., Otira 2.23 a.m. (25th.), Greymouth arrive 4.21 a.m. Takes passengers from Christchurch, Rolleston, and Springfield only, and stops where required west of Arthur’s . Pass to set down passengers. HOKITIKA LlNE:—The' 4.45 p.m. Greymouth-Tlokitika and 4.35 HokitikaGreymouth trains will NOT run. Special trains will leave Greymouth for Hokitika at 12.50 p.m., 4.45 p.m., and 10.3 p.m. and Hokitika for Greymouth at 12.48 p.m., 5.25 p.m. and 9.10 p.m. Special train -will leave Hokitika for Ross at 10.15 p.m., and Ross for Hokitika at 4.20 p.m. REWANUI BRANCH:—The ordinary timetable will be suspended and trains will leave Greymouth for Dunollie and Rewanui at 7.0 a.m., 12.0 noon, 6.10 p.m., and 10.0 p.m. Trains will also leave Greymouth for Dunollie at 9.5 a.m., 1.43 p.m. and 4.50 p.m. Trains will leave Rewanui for Greymouth at 8.0 a.m., 12.54 p.m., 7.10 p.m., and 11.5 p.m. Trains will also leave Dunollie for Greymouth at 8.23 a.m., 9.40 a.m., 1.17 p.m., 2.10 p.m., 5.35 p.m., 7.33 p.m., and 11.28 p.m.

All train services west of Arthur’s Pass will be suspended, with the following exceptions: — GREYMOUTH-CHRISTCHURCH: — 10.0 a.m. Christchurch-Greymouth Mail train WILL run and in addition to usual stops will, after leaving Otira, /stop where required to set down passengers. The 10.18 a.m. Greymouth-Christ-. church Mail train WILL run.. Motor-car train will leave Springfield for Otira. at 9.35 a.m., and Otira for Springfield at 11.30 a.m. HOKITIKA LINE:—B.3O a.m. Hoki-tika-Greymouth train WILL run. Passenger train leave Greymouth 4.45 p.m. and arrives Hokitika 6.4 p.m. REEFTON LINE:—B.4O .a.m, Reef-ton-Greymouth and 3.40 p.m. Grey-mouth-Reefton trains WILL run. RACES AT HOKITIKA (IST. DAY). WEDNESDAY, 26th DECEMBER. REEFTON LlNE:—Usual 8.40 a.m. Reefton-Greymouth train will run EARLIER, and will leave Reefton at 7.30 a.m., Mawheraiti 8.6, Ikamatua S 25, Totara Flat 8.40, Ngahere 9.15, Stillwater 9.34, Greymouth arrive 10.8 a.m. Connects with Special Race train for Hokitika. Usual 3.40 p.m. Greymouth-Reefton train will leave Greymouth at 7.5 p.m., Reefton arrive 9.44 p.m. Stops where required for passengers. Connects with Special Race train from Hoki.J”?
