BRUNNER NOTES
(OUB OWN CORRESPONDENT. 1 Mrs P. Moore, Taylorville, has left on a visit to Taihape. Nurse P. M. Samways, of the local Dental Clinic, left to-day for Runanga, where she will take up her duties for the coining month. The winners of the whist drive held in the Taylorville School, on Wednesday evening, were Messrs W. Coates and J. Morgan, and Mrs McDonald. The first trophy, shoot for the season of the Brunner Defence Rifle Club was completed on Sunday at the range, Taylorville. Rifleman G. Smith was the winner of Mr G. Smith’s trophy. The conditions were seven shots at each range. The following
