WHIPPET RACING
DUNOLLIE CLUB’S MEETING. The Dunollie Whippet Club held a meeting on Sunday. The weather was perfect and about 1000 persons were present. The grandstand is a boon to patrons, but it is only half big enough for big 'meetings. The Greymouth Municipal Band was in attendance .and their programme was enjoyed. The Club are indebted to them for their kindness in coming out to make the day more enjoyable. All tlje events drew big fields, and the 25 heats were got off in good time. Great Interest was centred in the local dogs, and they more than held their own against all-comers. Results were: —
