BOXING

TO-NIGHT’S AMATEUR BOUTS The six amateur bouts arranged between Canterbury and West Coast champions, by the Greyinouth Boxing Association, should attract a large attendance at tire Town Hall to-night. The matching of M. Howson (Greymouth), and W. Pascoe (Invercargill) both holders of Australasian championship titles, has awakened public interest, and this bout is expected to draw a large house. There will be three amateur wrestling contests, between West Coast exponents, and the programme for to-night is such that bright and interesting entertainment is assured.
