TENNIS LONDON, September 15. At Eastbourne, in the South of England tennis championship finals, Sharpe beat Andrews 6/3, 6/3, and Miss Round beat Miss King 6/4, 6/1. In the mixed doubles semi-final, Hare and Miss Ridley defeated Andrews and Miss Heeley 6/4, 2/6, 6/4. CYCLE ROAD RACE. The Greymouth-United Cycling Club staged a race from Karoro to Cam : erons, and return, yesterday. The event was won by R. Lewis, with J. Taylor second, and J. Daniel third. Fastest time was secured by L. Hogarth, who with his club mate D. Clarke, will compete in the Oamaru to Christchurch road race next Saturday. I. Baker and D. Henderson, failed to finish the course.
