DEATH SENTENCES PASSED. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] CALCUTTA, September 12. A special tribunal of two Europeans and one Indian, at Darjeeling, have sentenced three youths to death. Two others have been sentenced to fourteen years’ imprisonment with hard labour, one to twelve years with hard labour, and also a woman to fourteen years’ hard labour. The sentences were imposed in connection with the shooting at the Governor, Sir J. Anderson, at the Lebong racecourse on May 8.
