Prince George motored alone to a West End Court jewellers, and spent 45 minutes inspecting many unset gems, assisted by experts. He chose a, perfect square-cut blue Kashmir sapphire, and ordered a platinum engagement ring of the most modern design, with an oblong square-cut diamond on either side of the sapphire. VISIT TO BALMORAL. RUGBY, September 12. Prince George left by rail for Balmoral Castle. He will return to London on Saturday, to meet his fiancee, who is arriving with her parents, on Sunday. The Royal Party will leave London on Sunday night for Balmoral Castle.
