Carmelo Mentisano, 36, Italian, was found dying in a cottage on the waterfront with deep gashes in the head. One arm was almost severed and the other arm and the legs were deeply gashed in at least twenty places. Concetta Ciaquinta, thirty, who lives with her husband in the same house as the dead man was subsequently arrested on a charge of wilfully murdering Mentisano. ALBURY VICTIM SYDNEY, September 12. The Government has decided to offer £250 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the murder of a young woman near Albury.
