WAR ON FASCISM. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] . I (Received September 5, Noon). LONDON, September 4. Mr Citrine, addressing the Trades Union Congress urged secret war against Fascism abroad. He emphasised the inadvisability of allowing Hitler and Mpssolini to know 'the procedure adopted and urged vigilance in connection with British Fascism. The Congress resolved to recommend the General Council to do the utmost to combat Fascism, and prevent the militarisation of politics.
