WEATHER FORECAST. General inference: Pressure is high to the south-east, but the deep cyclone mentioned yesterday is now centred south-south-west of Norfolk Island, and is approaching the North Island. Forecast: Moderate east to north winds prevailing, and freshening. Weather fair and mild at first, but with increasing cloud, and some rain likely to-morrow. Seas smooth to moderate.
