[OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] REEFTON, August 30. At to-day’S’ sitting of the Warden’s Court, Mr. H. Morgan presided and the following cases were heard: — Applications: Jas. Smith and others for ordinary prospecting license and for leave to amend same. —Amendment granted. Application granted subject to Forestry condition, to E. A. Lemon only. Consolidated Goldfields of New Zealand Ltd., for two ordinary prospecting licenses. —Both granted, subject to Forestry conditions. C. A. Gillett for leave to enter upon private laud to take up prospecting license. —Leave granted to enter on leasehold land: right reserved by Warden for freehold land and same application adjourned. Receiver of Gold Revenue v. Hiram Barnes, claim for £2. Judgment given by default for amount plus £1 Court costs and residence site license.
