[BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] (Received August 13, 10 a.m.) LONDON, August 12. “The People” says that the Government, in conjunction with the Bank of England, has decided to embark on a system of controlled inflation, with a view of speeding up industrial revival, and helping exports. The Note issue is at present the highest ever.
