BRUNNER NOTES

[OGI OWN CORRESPONDENT.] A meeting of the Grey Valley Workers’ Medical Association was held in the Library. Wallsend, on Saturday. Mr. J. Devlin presided over a fair attendance. There were present: Messrs. J. Smeaton, .J. Harper, W. Purdy, Perrie, S. Kennedy, Virtue, S. Williams and W. Gutberlet. The monthly accounts, amounting to £23/8, were presented by the Secretary, Mr. W. Gutberlet. and passed for payment. The half-yearly balance-sheet, was presented to the committee and received as satisfactory, and recommended to be forwarded to the general half-year-ly meeting for acceptance. It was decided to hold the meeting on Saturday next.

Mr. E. Halinan, Taylorville, met with an accident in Dobson mine, injuring his arm.
