BANKRUPT IMPRISONED
CONTEMPT OF COURT [PJCB PBESS ASSOCIATION.] GISBORNE, June 28. At the last sitting of the Supreme Court, Thomas Martin Goodall, bankrupt, was called upon to show cause why he should not be committed for contempt of Court, for failure to answer questions. Justice Blair reserved his decision. Advice has now been received that His Honor has adjudged bankrupt guilty of contempt, and sentenced him to six months’ imprisonment.
