A BRIDEGROOM’S ORDEAL. Society papers report a recent Auckland wedding for which the bridegroom, although laid up with influenza on the day of the ceremony, struggled manfully to the church and arrived punctually for the service. Whether it was another case of the best man coming to the rescue with Baxter’s Lung Preserver is not known*' Similar incidents, however, have happened before, when “Baxter's” has rescued a victim when a heavy cold or a threatened attack of ’tin has looked like upsetting carefully-laid plans. “Baxter’d” js a most pleasant, warming, soothing remedy that quickly quells a cold. “Baxter’s” drives out the chill, clears away huskiness and soreness, gets phlegm right off the chest, and with its unique tonic properties quickly sets you on your feet again. Always pin your faith to “Baxter’s,” safe and sure for every emergency. All chemists and stores sell the three, 1/6, 2/6, and extra large 4/6 sizes.—Advt.
