Women of a Roman Catholic parish in a village near Nagercoil, South India, have suddenly gone mad in a body. Young and old, they have been dancing in front of the church altar for several days. Nothing will make them desist. The hysterical outbursts continue till they are exhausted. They resume dancing when they recover their breath. All efforts of the priest and relattives are unavailing. Thousands are visiting the village to see the phenomenon.
