A further development associated with the action of the Bishop of the Diocese, Dr. Cherrington, in declaring the living of St. Andrew's vacant, is an instruction received from Bishop Ciierrington by Rev. Mr. Bell to vocate the Vicarage by June IL This morning Mr. Bell reiterated his contention that he is still Vicar 01, Cambridge until a ruling has been re-1 ccived by him from the Standing Com-' mission.
