DAVIS CUP TEAM. [BY CABLE —PBEBS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] (Recd. February 14, 1 p.m.) MELBOURNE, February 14. The Lawn Tennis Council has approved the Queensland proposal, that Moon should go overseas with the Davis Cup team. The conditions are that Queensland pays his expenses, and that he goes as an independent and accredited representative. N.S.W. GRADINGS. SYDNEY, February 14. The New South Wales tennis players are officially graded as follow:—Crawford, McGrath, Dunlop, Thompson, Walker, Moore, Willard, Donohoe, Rodgers, ' and Chrystal. Sproule was not graded, owing to insufficient performances.
