YOUTHS CONDEMNED [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN’.—COPYBIGHT.] CALCUTTA, January 31. Two Hindu youths, to-day, were sentenced to death at Chittagong, for an attempt to murder Europeans on January 7, at a cricket match, by bomb-throwing. The police on that occasion, shot and Killed one youth, and another died of wounds. CONSTITUTION REPORT. RUGBY, January 31. The Joint Select Committee on Indian Constitutional Reform reassembled at the House of Lords, preparatory to drafting a report, the date of issue of which (“The Times” says) cannot be stated', but it is hoped its appearance will not be delayed beyond late spring.
