RAILWAY RAIDERS.

CALCUTTA, October 29.
Fifteen terrorists raided' a hill station of the East Bengal railway, near Parbatipur, at 1.30 o’clock in the morning. They shot a postal worker, and also five others. They then attacked the railway workers, who attempted to defend the mail bags, which, however, were looted together with the office safes, containing 350 rupees. The raiders escaped. Two of those wounded are in a. precations position.
SUSPECTS CAPTURED.

CALCUTTA, October 29.
The police raided Sanjia, a village fifteen miles from Hili, and captured seven of the fifteen terrorists concerned in the station outrage. The suspects were found in possession of guns, and revolvers, ammunition, and a considerable portion of the booty.
POLICE REWARDED.
CALCUTTA, October 29.
The British police officers, P. Jones and C. Smith, have been awarded the King’s Police Medal, for conspicuous gallantry on the occasion of the terrorists’ outrage at Midnapore, when Magistrate Burge was murdered.
