“MAD FAKIR” ARRESTED
CALCUTTA, October 15
Lexvanai, knoxvn as the frontier’s “Mad Fakir,” and prominently associated with recent disturbances, was arrested at. Torkham, with two nephews. He had evaded capture for over two years.
