AVok was commenced yesterday on the preparation of a permanent rest-ing-place for the remains of Lady Cynthia Mosley. the wife of {Sir Oswald Mosley, which is being constructed at her old home, Savehay Farm, Denham, A sunken garden of green grass, with golden walls, is to be pi epared in a. wood nearby. The design, which is by Sir Edwin Lutyens, provides for a. circle approximately 100 ft. in diameter, falling in three terraces to a circular emplacement for tho sarcophagus.
Low sloping walls of golden travertine stone will bank the sides of the sunken terraces, and the sarcophagus itself will be in the same kind of stone It is expected that the work of construction will occupy from sfv to eight v. eeks.
