PURSUANT to the Mining Act, 1926, x the undersigned, JAMES HALLINAN and ERNEST TIPPETT, both of Atarua, Miners, hereby apply for a license for a water-race, as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.
