Enfield, battered his wife, and daughter aged 12, and a baby, with a trenching tool. All are dead. A small boy was admitted to the hospital in a critical condition. Perkins committed suicide, almost severing his- head from his body. Neighbours state that he was worrying over a departmental inquiry.
