July 1, 11 a.m.) DUBLIN, June 30. “Until Ireland is free from English domination, I.R.A. will remain, and will carefully train and fit themselves physically and otherwise for the task in hand'. Should England use force and involve Ireland in a European war, she must be resisted.” This is part pf a remarkable proclamation issued to the ‘‘lrish people by the I.R.A.- Executive Council.
