NEW WOOL PACK
LONDON, March 10.
Mr. K. Hellberg, a Swedish research worker, at Leeds University, has invented a woolpack based on a paper fabric that is free from vegetable contamination. Professor Barker, the head of the University’s Textile Department, says that the new pack has been satisfactorily tested to stand gripping irons, and is sufficiently dense to withstand contamination from dust or liquids. It is likely to prove one of the best attempts to find a satisfactory pack.
