FARMER’S ALLEGED OFFENCE. [PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.] TE AROHA, March 10. William Holdcroft, farmer, Wairakau, Avas committed for trial to the Supreme Court, by the Magistrate, Mr F. AV. Platts, on a charge of breaking and entering the premises of the Te Aroha-Thames Valley Co-op. Dairy Coy., at Te Arolia. Accused Avas discoA r ered by the Company’s manager, in the factory on the night of February 16. Evidence Avas given that he Avas changing a sample of his own cream, taken from his supplies to the factory, for another sample of rich cream found in his possession.
