WEATHER FORECAST.. .General inference: Pressure has risen in the north and also to the eastward, while over the South Island it has fallen, a slight depression being - located in the Western Tasman Sea.' The situation, however, remains very indefinite, with no active storm centres. Forecast: Light to moderate and variable winds, with northerlies prevailing. Weather fair at first, but gradually becoming unsettled, with some rain. Temperatures warm. Seas moderate. The barometer has a falling tendency.
