CAIRO, October 25.

Wedding celebrations were in full swing at Girga, Upper* Egypt, when the second floor of a building, packed with women, collapsed on a festive ihg of men below*. Fourteen were killed, including the bride. Many were injured. The sexes were celebrating separately in accordance with the Moslem custom.
