Mr Hessell B. Troughton, of the Japan Pioneer Mission, will arrive this afternoon, from Christchurch, on a tour of the West Coast.

Mr F. S. Upton, passenger foreman, Railway Department, Greymouth, left this morning, on transfer to Invercargill, as ticket inspector.

Mr W. R. Heeney, managing director of Messrs Ashby Bergh and Co. Ltd., Christchurch, will arrive by this afternoon’s express.
