[our own correspondent.] REEFTON, July 9. Mr. F. L. Sanderson, of Alexander’ Mines, was a visitor to Reefton yesterday. Miss Lorna Cleaver is spending a holiday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. Cleaver, of Reefton. Mr. Yates, who has been spending a short holiday at Reefton, as th.e guest of Mr. and Mrs. A. Cook, has returned ( to Dunedin. The Excelsior team, to play Waratahs at the Racecourse on July 16, is to be composed of the following players: —Red.dingt.on, Goodyer, Osbourn, Chapman, Archer, Fletcher, Downey, Goodrich, Osbourn, Williams, Harwood, Maloney, Pearce, Hindmarsh. Emergencies: Magee, Londsley, Clay, Reid. A President’s v. Vice-President’s match is to be' played over 18 holes by the Reefton Golf Cllib during the week-end. The following teams havp been chosen: — President: Messrs. Spencer, Hubbard, Pratt, Lee, Woods, Campbell, Stevenson, Bell, Dellaca, Dr. Marshall, Kane and McElwce. Vice-'Prcsident: Messrs J. B. Auld, E. Macdonald, W. Blow, W. Prentice Jnr., F. Lloyd, T. C. Hepburn, Patterson, Prentice, Larsen, Hempseed, Grogan and Horne.
