TWO WOMEN KILLED

ARCHBISHOP PRAYS OVER DEAD. MELBOURNE, June 14. Two women were killed and a Roman Catholic priest was injured today when a motor car in which they were driving struck a tree in Studley Park Road, Kew, opposite the home of Archbishop Mannix. The Archbishop who wsa entering his gate at the time’ prayed, over the dead and injured I while assistance was being summoned. The two women were Mrs. Lysbelk i Walsh, 60 years, and . Miss Elizabeth ! Walsh, 59 years, of Kew and Deepdene respectively, and the priest, who was admitted to St. Vincent’s Hospital suffering from facial injuries and shock, was the Rev. Father Thomas Walsh. Miss Walsh was his sister and Mrs. Malsh. his sister-in-law.
