A London cablegram staled that the Earl of Dudley, a former GovernorGeneral of Australia, is seriously ill at a nursing home in Park Lane.

The death is announced from London of Colonel Grant Morden, formerly M.P. for Brentford. He was a Canadian, and was born in 1880.
