April 12, 9 a.m.) CALCUTTA, April 11. All is now quiet at Allahabad, but it has been dearly bought. When the riots were resumed, the police were forced to fire. Three were killed and twenty-five were wounded. Eighteen policemen were admitted to hospital with serious injuries. Gandhi still preaches non-violence from his gaol.
