VANCOUVER, April. 9. The Vancouver "Sun’s” Ottawa correspondent states: The ratification of .the New Zealand Trade Treaty with Uanadh is not likely to be carried out this session. It had been expected that the Treaty would be brought down immediately after the Budget, hut it is now understood that it will be shelved until after the Ottawa Con'ference.
