GREYMOUTH V. HOKITIKA. The Greymouth Tennis Club’s A team, on Saturday Afternoon, visited Hokitika, and played the Hokitika Club’s A team. The Hokitika team won by 9 matches to 7, but the games score favoured the Greymouth team, who won .ill to their opponents’ 109. WELLINGTON> DISPUTE WELLINGTON, February 27. The Council of the Wellington Lawn Tennis Association affirmed the decision of the Management Committee to suspend two players, one man and one woman, members of the Brougham Hill Club, for periods of two years and one year respectively. The offence for which the players were suspended consisted of playing in a tournament conducted by the Wellington Catholic Lawn Tennis Association, an unaffiliated body. The players appealed against the decision. WEST INDIES CHAMPIONSHIP HAMILTON (Bermuda), Feb. 26. Mrs Palfrey defeated Betty Nuthall 6/4, 5/7, 6/2, in'the final of the West Indies tennis championship.
