WEATHER FORECAST. “The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, northerlies prevailing. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts, with rain probable. Judications point to electrical disturbances. Barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency. Seas smooth. Tides moderate, but both increasing.”
