GRANT TO WOMEN [BY CABLE —PBESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] PARIS, February 12. After the entire Left members of the Chamber of Deputies, except the Communists, had marched out of the Chamber following on M. Herriott making a protest against the Bill for electoral reform, the Chamber of Deputies ended an all night sitting passing by 319 votes to one, the Electoral Bill enfranchasing women. The Chamber unanimously voted for the restoring of the majority verdict at. elections, and the abolishing of preferential voting. The Senate, however, is expected to reject women suffrage.
