The Motor Traders’ Association announce that owing to an increase in the wholesale price of lubricating oil, the retail prices at the garages are being increased by eightpence per gallon. BATHERS~DROWNED SYDNEY, January 20. Stanley Plow'man, twenty-four, . his wife, Lilian twenty-eight, and Cecilia Gough, twenty-five, were drownedwhile bathing in the MJurrumbidgee River. Three children were saved. The party were swimming when they were swept into a deep hole.
