“Betty! Look at the Summer Coat [ got for 19/6 and the lovely Art Silk Frock for 10/6. I was nearly buying a light Raincoat fon holiday wear, they were so cheap, but I will have to wait until next week for that. You should go along to Glasson’s of Christchurch at their temporary premises, next Aard Motors, in Mackay Street. The Coats and Frocks are awfully cheap, , and if it is any convenience you can pay a small deposit on one, and have it put aside for yo u. Ad vt.
