PRINCESS -TART. ■Jib Fether-Flake; Jam or Stewed Fruit. Custard: 1 teacup milk; 1 dessertspoon sugar; 1 teaspoon flour; 2 egg yolks. Mix yolks, flour and sugar together, and milk, pour on to plate lined with Fether-Flake. Bake in moderate, oven about £-hour. Spread with jam or stewed fruit. Pile 2 stiffly beaten whites of eggs on top and bake a pale brown.
