Henley (brother of Mrs Dr Bird, of Greymouth), kicked Oxford’s penalty goal against the Springboks A. Sydneyite, Lamport, was prominent as stand-off half. Another New Zealander, P. C. Minns, tackled vigorously bu( the tourists were far the cleverer .side. The brothers Oslei played on opposing sides.
