LATE MESSAGES

OTTAWA, November 13. Australian Press enquiries in Governmental circles indicated that the Canadian and British Governments are wholly in accord with the Australian desire to hold the Imperial Conference as early as possible, Mr Bennett having made such a motion immediately after the result of the British election was known, and London responded cordially. It is considered, however, that July is the earlfest possible time the conference can be held. Ottawa regards February as impossible, but no reason is seen for threats that the. Australian Trade Minister enter negotiations for foreign treaties, since Canada is desirous of accommodating Australia as far as possible.
