GANDHI RECALLED BY CONGRESS. [BY CABLE —PBESS ABB.V. —COPYBIGHT.] LONDON, November 8. A cablegram received from Mr Gandhi, stating that he -was staying at London until the conclusion of the Round Table Conference, and enquiring if his presence in' India was necessary, preceded the Bombay National Congress Committee’s decision that Mr Gandhi’s further appearance at the Round Table Conference would not be necessary. Mr Gandhi is at present at Oxford, whither Malariya and Mrs Naidu have proceded to confer with him on the question of whether he should abandon the Round Table Conference and return to IndiaOne prominent Indian in London has expressed the opinion that the Congress decision is a skilful move to enable Mr Gandhi to extricate himself from what is a difficult situation, which he partly created.
