In connection with the applications of the Greymouth Prospecting Association, for 15 ordinary prospecting licenses, each of 100 acres, *in Block 11, Mawheranui S.D., six of which were objected to by Stratford, Blair and Co., the Warden held that the Court had power to amend the applications, making them in the name of the secretary, S. A. N. .Sullivan, only. The applications were granted, subject to existing rights.
