LONDON, November 3. 1 he British United Press correspondent at Palermo says: Panic developed at a crowded church special service, for some unknown cause. People wildly rushed the exits, and were trampled down. A woman and child were crushed to death and a hundred were injured, thirty seriously. LATER. The panic was due to a man \ collapsing from a heart attack. The congregation of ten thousand, not knowing the cause of death, wildly stampeded.
