The Lone Monk meets Ray of Hope. GREYMOUTH BOWLING CLUB. A meeting of the committee of the Greymouth Bowling Club was held on Monday evening, Mr D. McKay presiding. A vote of thanks to Mrs Brebner for her donation of a set of bowls to the Club, was passed.

A vote of thanks to Mr P. J. McLean for his action in supplying the Club with a quantity of sheep dip, for the purpose of testing its use as a deterrent of the grub pest to the green, was recorded.
