Cook, Returning Officer, announces that, the following nominations have been received for positions in the United Mine Workers’ organisation: — ' President: David Fuller, nominated by Glen Afton. John Smeatoan, nominated by Hikurangi, Blackball, Brunner and Nightcaps. T. Smitheron, nominated by the State Mine. Australian delegate: William Davidson, nominated by Hkurangi. D. Hayward, nominated by Blackball and Denniston. lan Hutchison, nominated by Glen Afton. A. Wood, nominated by Brunner. Secretary-treasurer: A. McLagan, nominated by Stockton, State Mine, Nightcaps, Brunner, Blackball, Denniston and Hikurangi. The ballot for National President and Australian delegate will be taken on August 12 and declared on September 1.
